Dishes Three is the collection of my every day meals. I am inspired to cook with a sustainable eye with the season’s fresh offerings. My friends and family have been the lucky recipients of my DISHES. I shop weekly and then fill in with ingredients found in my neighborhood markets. My food is well balanced and always tasty; I use lots of herbs and spices and tasting my food you know I always remember the love.

ON A BUDGET? BRAISE?
Braised Shoulder Pork Chops
This was good, easy, & inexpensive.
To Braise means first to sear (brown) and then to cook in liquid covering the food that's getting braised by 1 third - 2 thirds liquid. Braising transforms cheap tough meat into tender luscious dishes.
