Dishes Three is the collection of my every day meals. I am inspired to cook with a sustainable eye with the season’s fresh offerings. My friends and family have been the lucky recipients of my DISHES. I shop weekly and then fill in with ingredients found in my neighborhood markets. My food is well balanced and always tasty; I use lots of herbs and spices and tasting my food you know I always remember the love.

FEELS GOOD
With basil from my balcony herb garden we have a Basil & Cheese Omelet with watermelon and a simple oak leaf lettuce, blue cheese salad.
