Dishes Three is the collection of my every day meals. I am inspired to cook with a sustainable eye with the season’s fresh offerings. My friends and family have been the lucky recipients of my DISHES. I shop weekly and then fill in with ingredients found in my neighborhood markets. My food is well balanced and always tasty; I use lots of herbs and spices and tasting my food you know I always remember the love.

Breaded and fried poached eggs on a bed of cream spinach and whole grain crouton topped with Swiss cheese.
Accompanied by sauteed mixed vegetables.
